Views on Ren Ci Charity Show 2007

I just saw one segment on it just now.

I have already stated my stand long ago when this type of charity show has started a few years back. To me, I started pondering on this question, "Why are we calling to make donations? Why aren't the government people and the actor/actress/singers making their donations? They earn more than us. " I have pondered it everytime when they start airing that particular charity show. Do you see them making donations? No! Maybe because they did it behind and we don't know? I know I have no right to say this, but I think this is pretty serious. People earning big bucks aren't making their donations, so why people earning peanuts should make their donation. Maybe because I'm selfish, but I have to say yes. Most humans have their selfish side. Its a natural thing. No one can stop it.

Maybe they are making the donations, but apparently, they seem not be making on the show. What they do only, is to show their faces, making sad faces, showing how hard the people are working to make this charity show reach its target and so on. I hate to say this, but its SUPER HYPOCRITE! You just go to the show to show your freaking, might as well don't go right? Its totally useless, coz you only sit there and do nothing and get free entertainment. =.=

Like I said before. Nothing is free in this world. I know the people involved in it had paid hard work and effort to it, but have they ever thought of this. "Are you willing to make a donation, with just 2 to 3 phone calls?" I don't think its much that much to ask them to make 1 or 2 calls, since most big-time actor/actress have been earning more than peanuts of coz. Government wise, they could do 1 or 2 calls, since they are getting taxpayer's money.

I really don't care if I get sued by this, because I'm just voicing out my views on this. I just feel so injustified! Screw it!

Updates...

I stopped going for work since Monday, since they called me up Monday, saying that I need not report for work for the time being, so I spend my time playing Mabinogi[China] on Monday and Tuesday. Its total gaming madness. Needless to say, that I'm still abit angry at what Chew Fong said.

Results came out yesterday. Did okie, I guess, though I still feel pretty sad about it. Oh well. Can't be bothered to think abt it right now, since I still have yet to plan my next step.

Went out with Hwee Fang yesterday, had lunch together, pestered Chew Fong to come out, but still, she IS lazy to come out. =.= I don't want to say much about it, coz thinking about it does really makes me boil!

Rico called me yesterday. He asked to me to go back to work today, to finish up the translation. I wonder they are paying me my training pay by tomorrow, and also the xtra pay that I'm doing for them tomorrow, since I have agreed on helping out them tmr with the translation. SIGH. Gotta wake up early tmr. Thank goodness, tmr is Friday and its Casual Wear day! Yay!

Updates on Prom Night

Haven't been updating since last week. Was pretty busy with my work over at Chai Chee working as a Japanese Telesurveyor. Not fun, I tell you!

Anyway, about Prom Night. It was the best! I really love it alot! It was the best event in NP that I ever had. Got to know a few more friends like Zili, DaJun and Zhiwei. Just only talk to them a few times only.

I took a half day off from work, coz I needed time to get prepared. Thankfully, Rico is kind enough to let me go off at 1. So I went back home and reach home around 2.30 or so. Chai Chee from my place is really far! I wanted to take a nap before heading to the salon to get my hair ready, but I ended up watching TV shows that I have missed the last night. Around 4, I went to bathe and then off to the salon for 1 hr to get my hair ready. Elaine, the hairdresser was a nice lady~ She even taught me how to style my own hair and give me tips on caring my own hair. Its hard to find such nice hairdresser in life already >.<

At around 5 plus, I went to get ready, with my make up, contacts and dress on. I only left my house around 5.50 or so, then off to Commonwealth Station to pick Ai Si up.

Reached Orchard Hotel around 6 or so, and saw Chew Fong, Zhiwei, Ron, Xu Qian and some others whom I don't really know. Chit chatted around till Irene, Hwee Fang and Hui Ting came. They look super glam! Obviously, much more glam than me! Went to chit chat abit and saw Victor. He was alone. Talked to him for a while and then off to join my friends for photo-taking.

Did alot of photo-taking before the actualy dinner started. I even went to take those mini studio shoot, that the school had provided.

Dinner was okie-okie. Not say that delicious. Average standard I would say. Service was abit slow..... =.= Other tables have been served but ours was pretty late. Bleah!

After the dinner, we went to pub. Not my cup of tea, but just accompany them only. Well, didn't drink at all, coz its way beyond my principles. Anyway, I hate smokers and alcohol. Don't ask why. Guess they are bad habits for me, and I will never really touch them.

Went home around 2 plus, coz I was deadbeat! Reached home around 3. Much thanks to Ai Si for sending me home. haha! Will updates the pictures next round!

*yawns*

Still feeling really tired from yesterday. Went to "MANY" places. Haha Went for buffet lunch at Hotel Rendezvous for their Yu-Sheng buffet. Not bad. I love their cheese cake! So delicious! Haha~ After that, I called up Serene from TBC to take the offer on that Japanese Speaking Tele-Surveyor job.

I find it okie, though the location is a little wee-bit far. Its located at Chai Chee Road and where the hell am I staying at? Clementi. o_O Horrendous! Well, the pay is pretty high too! Its minimum $9/hr. Isn't it good? BUT, this is only a temp job for 2 weeks. Still, the pay is good~ Love it to bits manx! When I told my Dad abt it, he was telling me that I could finally put my Japanese skills to good use. Haha!

Went for the interview and then I'm like 50% sure of getting the job. Going to head down to the office on Tuesday morning for another interview at the actual company. Pretty far. Need to leave by like.......8.30? I guess so. I'm pretty afraid of the traffic jam. Haha. I hope they allow jeans in their work place. I wanna buy a pair of Levi's jeans!!!!!!!

Still looking for other jobs at the moment. Prom night is coming soon and nothing being bought yet. How nice! =.= Anyway, gotta go....Shall write it next time. xD

Irritated!

I feel really irritated. Super IRRITATED I TELL YOU!

Sometimes, I really want to slap my brother's fcuking face. Its bloody irritating having him to irritate you all day long and sometimes, you want to have your taste of revenge, you can always never get it. I'm so blardy irritated.

Next person, is Chew Fong. Don't ask why I suddenly became irritated with her today. I'll just cut the whole story short. I'm supposed to play RO with her tonight, with her making her promise this morning at Macs. She said that she will join me. So, I said ok. Then I rushed back home from my Jap class and wanted to play by 11. And when I come and msg her, she said she was tired. =.= I was irritated by it. Definitely. No point in making empty promises when you can't. This is the 2nd time, I would say. I hate people making empty promises, knowingly that they cannot fulfill it. Its irritating. They keep lying to you! Urgh!

Nuff'said about that. I'm am so god-damn irritated, so leave me alone tonight! I'll just play my whole night thru SOLOING!

I can't be bothered about these. GO AWAY PEOPLE! I'm having PMS now. Shoo!!!!!

Party time!

Exams are over now. Yayness! I guess I'm pretty still pretty tired even after the exams. During my facial yesterday, I even fell asleep. It was nice though. Angie didn't really scolded me for sleeping. Haha.

Yesterday was obviously horrid. All the nail shops in Bugis were fully booked! I was shocked! Well, its my first time doing it in Singapore, so I thought there would be like places where they are not fully booked. The whole experience was horrendous. I am still going to do it for Prom Night.
Hwee Fang, you wanna do it for Prom Night? I'm thinking of getting the nails done one day before the day itself. What do you think?

Need to check out prices for CPU, coz I'm not really going to use my laptop anymore, since my Dad wants to use it. Ai Si, must remember to come and help me fix up the computer parts when I get them. Chew Fong, go and shop at Sim Lim. I wanna go buy my computer parts. Haha!

I wanna get a system that is fast and can play online games like SIAO! Haha!

I do hope I can get into the closed beta of Granado Espada. It looks awesome! Graphics is totally COOL! I love it to bits!
